This all natural traditional style balsamic is made in Italy. Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes are pressed and heated in large copper cauldrons until the volume is reduced through evaporation. The flavor intensifies over the years, with the vinegar being transferred to wooden casks (made of oak, juniper, chestnut and cherry) becoming sweet and very concentrated.
