Zucchini Side Dish
If you love Zucchini you have to try this recipe!
  • Cut a zucchini into thin slices and toss in 1 Tbsp Amazing Olive's Garlic infused olive oil, sea salt, and pepper.
  • Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 450°F for 25 to 30 minutes. 
  • Using paprika not only flavors this healthy snack, but also helps boost your metabolism,reduce your appetite, and helps lower your blood pressure.

Olive Oil and Herb Biscuits
Ingredients: Directions:
  • Preheat oven to 450.
  •  In large bowl mix flour baking powder, sugar, salt and Tuscan Farm House Herbs.
  •  Add olive oil and milk to mixture and stir until moistened..
  • Drop batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown on the edges.
  • Serve warm

Guacamole with Persian Lime Olive Oil
Ingredients:
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons finally chopped onions
  • 3 tablespoons finally chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons (1 ounce) Amazing Olive Persian Lime Olive Oil
Directions:
  • Peel the avocados and throw away the pits.
  • Place avocado in a medium bowl and sprinkle with salt, a few grindings of black pepper and cayenne pepper.
  • Mash together with a potato masher until smooth, but still contains a few lumps. 
  • Add onion, cilantro, and Persian lime olive oil.
  • Stir ingredients together. 
  • The guacamole is best served the day it is made, but if not serving immediately, put in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap directly in contact with guacamole and refrigerate. Fresh Squeezed Lime juice sitting on top of the guacamole will preserve its freshness too
  • Bring to room temperature before serving.

White Bean Dip
This heart-healthy dip is very easy to make 
Ingredients:
  • Cooked White Beans
  • Amazing Olive Garlic Infused Olive Oil
  • Seasoning Herbs
  • Mix cooked white beans and garlic olive oil in a food processor (or blender), then season to taste with your favorite herbs.

Roasted Garlic Cauliflower
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons Amazing Olive's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 large head cauliflower, separated into florets
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
  • Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  • Grease a large Casserole Dish.
  • Place the  Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil and garlic in a large plastic resealable bag.
  • Add cauliflower, and shake to mix. 
  • Pour into the prepared casserole dish, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  • Top with Parmesan cheese and parsley, and broil for 3 to 5 minutes, until golden brown.

Amazing Olive Irish Soda Bread
Ingredients:                                                            
  • 4 cups flour
  • 2 Tablespoons Cinnamon Cane Sugar
  • 1-teaspoon of Sea Salt
  • 1-teaspoon baking soda
  • 4 Tablespoons Amazing Olive’s Butter Infused Olive Oil
  • 1 Cup raisins
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 ¾ cups Butter Milk
Directions:
  • Pre heat oven 425, in large mixing bowl, Wisk together flour, sugar, salt and baking soda. 
  • With wooden spoon, work Butter EVOO into flour mixture, then add in raisins.
  • Make a well in center of flour mixture and add into well-beaten egg and buttermilk. 
  • Mix with a wooden spoon until dough id too stiff to stir. 
  • Dust hands with flour and gently knead dough inside the bowl into a ball. Dough will be a little sticky and shaggy. Don’t over knead.
  • Place dough onto a lightly floured surface and shape into a round loaf. 
  • Place dough loaf onto a large lightly greased baking sheet. Using a knife score top of dough into an X shape, to help with cooking the center of the bread. 
  • Place in oven and bake until top of bread is a golden brown, (about 35 to 45 minutes). 
  • Check if done by inserting a long skewer or tooth pick into center of bread. If it comes out clean it is done. Remove bread from oven and let cool for about 15 minutes. Best when served warm.
