Its early harvest makes for a perfectly balanced flavor profile with fruitiness, bitterness and pepperiness. Its aroma is characterized by a vibrant green olive fruit, freshly cut grass, tomato plant, artichoke and green almond, as well as hints of licorice and wild plants.
